Pure marmot oil

The beneficial effect of marmot oil on muscles, joints and the musculoskeletal system has been proven for centuries.

The active ingredients contained in pure marmot oil include various fatty acids such as palmitic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, vitamin E and (natural) corticosteroids. This was demonstrated, for example, by a study by Wagner and Nusser in 1988. All of the substances listed have the known effects on joints and muscles and support the musculoskeletal system.

Rub the affected areas twice a day for 3-4 weeks, then take a break for about 3 weeks. After that, the application can be repeated. 

A combination with our Murmelin sports and joint ointment is possible and recommended.
