Abfarmis Ovulation Test 20mIU/ml is a medical device that is used to quickly and accurately determine your fertile days. It works on the principle of detecting an increase in Luteinizing hormone in the urine, the level of which increases during ovulation. Its increase occurs approximately 24-36 hours before ovulation. The egg can be fertilized within 24 hours after ovulation. More than 99% accuracy.
The package contains 5 test strips.
Dosage and method of use
It is advisable to collect the urine sample at the same time every day. For women who have a regular menstrual cycle, testing for five days is usually sufficient. Testing should take place immediately after the urine sample is collected.
If no band appears in the test band (T) or a band of a lighter color than in the control band (C), the test result is negative and no LH surge has occurred.
Testing procedure:
- Prepare a timer that counts the seconds and a clean urine container.
- Collect the urine sample in a clean and dry container.
- Remove the test strip from the intact packaging by the color-coded part and use it to test the urine sample as soon as possible.
- Hold the test strip at the grip mark. The arrows shown on the test strip point down towards the urine sample. Dip only the absorbent end of the test strip into the urine for 10-15 seconds. Make sure that the urine level does not exceed the MAX level.
- Remove the test strip from the urine sample and place it on a dry, clean, flat, non-absorbent surface.
- Wait 10-20 minutes until pink streaks appear and then read the results in the test results area. Do not read the results after more than 20 minutes.
If a pink strip appears in the test zone (T) with the same or darker color than in the control zone (C), the test result is positive and there is an increase in LH. Ovulation is likely to occur within 24-48 hours.
If no band appears in the test band (T) or a band of a lighter color than in the control band (C), the test result is negative and no LH surge has occurred.

The test is intended for external use. Do not take internally! The test is intended for single use only. Do not use it more than once. The test is intended for home use. After use, dispose of the test with normal household waste. The test can be stored at a temperature of 2-30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
