Dosage
Recommended daily dosage: 0.6 g of protein per 1 kg of body weight. The maximum daily dose is 2 servings = 69 g = 6 scoops (body weight 90 kg).
Composition
Whey protein concentrate 80% (from milk - contains milk proteins and lactose, 78.7% protein in the product, 80% protein in dry matter), stabilizer (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids). Does not contain gluten. Allergens: milk products. Not suitable for people with lactose intolerance and cow's milk protein allergy.
Use
1 serving of drink: 3 scoops of powder pour 300 ml of cold water and stir with a spoon. Take preferably 30-60 minutes after exercise or training or during the day to replenish protein.
