Bromhexine 12 KM - drops is a medicinal product for liquefaction and dissolution of mucus in respiratory diseases, especially with long-term persistence of thick mucus.

Dosage and method of use
Adults and adolescents from 14 years of age 3 to 30 drops 3 times a day
Children from 6 to 14 years of age and patients weighing less than 50 kg 15 drops 3 times a day

Ingredients
The active substance is Bromhexine hydrochloride.
1 ml of solution (= 23 drops) contains 12 mg of bromhexine hydrochloride.
The other ingredients are propylene glycol, glycerol, levomenthol, peppermint oil, fennel oil and anise oil.
