Calmaben is a sleep aid for the short-term treatment of problems falling asleep and staying asleep.

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride, the active ingredient in Calmaben, is a remedy for allergies and itching and a sleep aid for the treatment of problems falling asleep and staying asleep. Due to their pronounced sleep-promoting effect, Calmaben dragees make it easier to fall asleep and extend the duration of sleep. The effects generally occur 30 minutes after ingestion.

application

Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age take 1 dragee 30 minutes before going to bed with sufficient alcohol-free liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).

special instructions

No more than 1 dragee should be taken, the duration of treatment should be as short as possible.
