Colafit SPORT 90 cubes is a food supplement with a dose of pure type I collagen, plus vitamin D3 . Colafit Sport - a formula containing the highest daily dose of pure type I crystalline collagen of all Colafit variants. One cube (20 mg) of lyophilized collagen corresponds to 2000 mg of collagen gel.
Vitamin D contributes to maintaining the normal condition of bones and teeth, normal muscle activity, contributes to the normal absorption / utilization of calcium and phosphorus, participates in the process of cell division and is important for the normal function of the immune system.

Dosage and method of use
The soft cubes can be taken without drinking, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach, 10 minutes before a meal.
The recommended dose for adults is 1 cube per day, for children 1/2 cube per day.
Use for at least 2-3 months at least twice a year. You can use it continuously if needed.
