Diochi Smilax officinalis (medical smilax) - tea 150 g

Smilax was well known and popular with the South American Indians for its tonic and aphrodisiac effects. They used it mainly for the kidneys and bladder.

How to use:

Mix 2-3 teaspoons with 3/4 liter of water, cook for 3 minutes and strain. Drink until 17:00 during the day. You can easily sweeten the tea with honey. In all cases of use, there is a 1-week break after 3 weeks of use.
