Why coffee with fiber?

In Asia, hara (abdomen, center) is considered the source of chi. Fiber is considered very valuable in this regard. The soluble acacia ballast products contained in the Chi-Cafe are particularly well tolerated. This special dietary fibre, also known as acacia gum, is extracted from the sap of the acacia plant without chemical treatment.

Gentle stimulation with guarana

The caffeine in the Chi Cafe comes partly from the tropical guarana fruit. Caffeine is released more slowly from guarana, resulting in a milder and longer-lasting caffeine effect.

Application:

For one cup, pour 6 g of Chi-Cafe (about 2 tsp) with about 100 ml of hot water. Sweeten with stevia base as needed and add approx. 30 ml of milk or soy, oat or almond drink to taste.
For the full development of the aroma, it is best to froth everything with a hand milk frother - for frappé or iced coffee also cold soluble.
