Melatonin is an endogenous, natural substance that controls our body's day-night rhythm. The body can only produce melatonin when it is dark, with increasing age the ability to produce melatonin decreases. This can disturb the usual sleep rhythm. The result can be an increase in the time it takes to fall asleep and periods of waking up at night.

Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This has been confirmed by the scientific committee of the European Food Safety Agency (EFSA).

Valerian and hop extract are traditionally known plant extracts that contribute to a healthy and natural sleep. In addition, valerian and hops support both falling asleep and staying asleep. Valerian and hops also help with tension, restlessness and nervousness. The positive effect occurs when 1 film-coated tablet (=1 mg melatonin) is taken shortly before going to bed.

application

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 film-coated tablet with plenty of water about 30 minutes before going to bed.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

In some patients, the expected effect occurs after the first intake, in some patients only repeated intake can lead to the desired result.

Warnings

Caution: This dietary supplement can impair the ability to react and the ability to drive.

If you have taken large amounts of easysleep in a short period of time, you should contact a doctor.

• if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients of easysleep
• in children under 12 years of age
• Since there are no results on the use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, you should not take easysleep® during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
