Allow to dissolve slowly under the tongue before meals. For children under 6 years of age, dissolve the tablet in a little liquid.

Adolescents and adults: Acute every 1-2 hours (max. 8 times a day), then 1 tablet 3 times a day.
Children (6-12 years): Acute every 1-2 hours (max. 8 times a day), then 1 tablet twice a day.
Children (2-6 years): Acute every 1-2 hours (max. 6 times a day), then 1 tablet 1-2 times a day.
Small children (4 weeks-23 months): Acute every 1-2 hours (max. 4 times a day), then 1 tablet once a day.
