Composition of the fragrance
The main component of the fragrance is Iso E Super®, an aromatic molecule that stands out with soft, woody notes and, thanks to its mysterious depth, gives the entire fragrance composition a velvety touch. Floral accords of iris, juicy Amalfi lemon and slightly spicy pink pepper also play a big role. Rather than a traditional pyramid composition, Escentric 01 focuses on a lingering base note built on warm musk and woody notes.

The fragrance story
Escentric 01 is a woody floral musk fragrance for women and men from the German niche perfume brand Escentric Molecules, which was founded in 2006 as a challenge to traditional perfumery. Berlin-based perfume designer Geza Schoen decided to enter the market with a concept provocatively responding to the way perfumes are currently created and sold. His idea is to demystify the whole process. That is why each of the perfumes of the Escentric Molecules brand is completely unusual and provocative.
