FAN Inulin Sweet sweetening fiber 50x2 g

Powdered table-top sweetener based on inulin and steviol glycosides . Inulin is a soluble fiber with a sweet taste, which is obtained from chicory root. Steviol glycosides from the subtropical stevia plant are a non-caloric sweetener with many times higher sweetness than sucrose. They have a low glycemic index and do not contribute to the formation of tooth decay. FAN Inulin Sweet fiber for sweetening is intended primarily for direct sweetening of hot and cold drinks , or for sweetening dishes . A package of 100 g corresponds to about 500 g of traditional beet sugar.
