Capsules containing plant extracts. Lemon balm contributes to calm and mental and physical well-being, promotes sleep and contributes to healthy sleep. Dobromysl has a slight sedative effect that improves the quality of sleep. Lavender is used to reduce irritation and tension and contributes to optimal relaxation and better sleep.

Ingredients: 1 capsule contains 100 mg of dry extract of lavender and goodwill, 100 mg of dry extract of lemon balm and 100 mg of dry extract of hops. Excipients: magnesium carbonate (anti-caking agent), gelatin, dyes E133, E104 and E171.
