GranuFlex paste is used to fill deep wounds, where it creates an optimal moist environment that promotes the healing of mild to moderately secreting wounds. The composition of the hydrocolloid helps to autolytically clean the wound, promotes granulation and thus wound healing. GranuFlex paste soothes painful wounds. It can remain on the wound for up to 7 days without replacement, depending on the amount of exudate produced, and thus its use in wound care is economically advantageous.
