GreenFood Performance BCAA 2:1:1 Juicy Melon is a sugar-free training drink with juicy fruit flavor. BCAAs (amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine) are the basic building blocks of any protein. During prolonged physical exertion, for example during sports performance, it serves as a quick source of energy after the glycogen in the muscles is depleted. Their reception is therefore advantageous during and immediately after intense training.

The recommended daily dose is 1 scoop. Mix one scoop of powder in 300 ml of water and drink preferably after training. The drink can also be consumed during training, as a functional training drink.
