Ibuprofen Auxilto is indicated for the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain such as:
- headache (including migraine),
- toothache
- backache
- pain in muscles and joints,
- primary dysmenorrhea,
- and/or to treat fever.
Ibuprofen Auxilto 400 mg is indicated for the treatment of adults and adolescents weighing 40 kg or over (from 12 years of age).
The carton pack contains 100 tablets.
Dosage and method of use
One tablet taken once or up to 3 times a day with an interval between doses of at least 4-6 hours.
The maximum daily dose is 1200 mg.
The maximum single dose for adults and adolescents should not exceed 400 mg of ibuprofen. More than 400 mg of ibuprofen one-time does not have a better analgesic effect.
Composition
The active substance is ibuprofen. Each film-coated tablet contains 400 mg ibuprofen.
Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose 2910/5, stearic acid, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate
Tablet coating: hypromelose 2910/5, macrogol 300, talc, titanium dioxide (E 171).
Contraindication
Read the package leaflet carefully.
Do not take Ibuprofen Auxilto if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Do not take if you have ever had allergic reactions such as asthma, runny nose, itchy skin rash or swelling of the lips, face, tongue or throat after taking medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.
Do not take if you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
