STRAIN is a pre-workout supplement from Insane Labz. It's a PWO with a formula similar to some of its other pre-workouts, but containing hemp extract. STRAIN is designed to reduce pain and help with muscle recovery.

STRAIN has a 6.8 g blend consisting of taurine, beta-alanine, tyrosine, betaine, classic stimulating caffeine, AMPiberry and alpha yohimbine. As mentioned, the product also contains hemp extract in the form of WADA-approved NEXTHemp, which is a branded THC-free product.

Mix 1 scoop with 2-3dl of cold water. For optimal results, consume 30-40 minutes before training. (Do not use more than 24 scoop within 1 hours.)
