JJ68 Performance Pre-workout Raspberry is an instant drink with hemp extract and caffeine to encourage and properly start the athlete's body before physical exertion . It contains an optimal dose of A-KG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate) and citrulline malate, which increase the endothelial release of nitric oxide , which dilates blood vessels. As research shows, citrulline also reduces the amount of lactic acid that can build up in muscles during intense sports activity and cause them to stiffen. Beta-alanine is a substance that affects intracellular balance.
