Use:

The skin at the patch application site must be clean and dry. Remove the cover layer and apply the patch to your desired location. You may have the patch stuck until the warming effect disappears but not longer than 2 days. When applying the patch on the skin, avoid the current source of outdoor heat.

Do not use for children under 3 years of age.
