Creatine Creapure® is designed to increase strength and performance and to improve overall fitness. It is ideal for use in explosive types of training (bodybuilding, weightlifting), for overall strength and speed . Sufficient creatine helps maintain the optimal concentration of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), in the form of creatine phosphate, which is used after depletion of glycogen stores for muscle work. Creatine is also suitable for vegetarians . Increases physical performance during repeated high-intensity exercises with short rest intervals. Daily creatine intake (3g) may increase the effect of resistance training and muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age.
