Light gluten-free bread Labeta is a mixture for preparing gluten-free light bread for the daily diet. In addition to the bread mixture, the package also contains instant yeast. Preparation is also possible in a home bakery.
It does not contain lactose or gluten.
Package contains: 490 g of the mixture plus 10 g of dried yeast. Approximately 15 servings can be prepared from the whole package.

Dosage and method of use

Mix both sachets, add 4 g of dried or 10 g of fresh yeast and 450-500 ml of lukewarm water. Make the dough in a bowl with a wooden spoon (not with your hands), place it in a greased and gluten-free flour-free bread (or smaller cake) mold and let it rise in the heat for 60-75 minutes. Bake at 170-180°C for about 60 minutes.
Preparation in a home bread machine: pour 400-500 ml of lukewarm water into the bakery, add the mixture to the bread and sprinkle dried yeast on top of the mixture. The preparation time of the bread including stirring, rising and baking takes about 2 hours.

Composition

The product contains potato starch, rice flour, potato flakes (potato flakes, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: diphosphates, antioxidant: fatty acid esters with ascorbic acid, antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite, colorant: curcumin), cornflour, salt, yeast, thickener: guar gum, sugar, raising agent: sodium carbonates, cumin, flour improver: calcium phosphates, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, citric acid.


Average nutritional values (in the product prepared according to the instructions for preparation) per 100 g: Energy [kJ/kcal] 919/219, Fat 4.4 g (of which saturated fatty acids 1.9 g, Carbohydrates 42 g (of which sugars less than 0.5 g), Fibre 1.1 g, Protein 2.3 g, Salt 1.4 g, Lactose less than 0.01 g.
