Gluten-free pumpkin bread contains a mixture for preparing gluten-free pumpkin bread for the daily diet.
This pumpkin bread has a crispy crust with a fine, gluten-free crumb. The package contains 10% pumpkin seeds. The mixture is made of rice and corn flour.

Add only water to the mixture, bake the bread in the oven and bakery.
The package contains 540 g of the mixture and 10 g of dried yeast.

Dosage and method of use

Mix both sachets, add 380 ml of lukewarm water.
With an electric mixer in a bowl, make a dough, put it into a greased and gluten-free bread (or smaller cake) mold and let it rise in the heat for 60 to 75 minutes. Bake at 170 to 180 °C for about 60 minutes.
Use for home bread machines: pour 380 ml of lukewarm water into the home bread machine (do not use more water than the recommended amount, the dough will thin when mixing). Pour the mixture on bread, add dried yeast and turn on the program with a duration of about 2 hours. After stirring, we recommend pulling the dough from the sides with a spatula to the center.

Composition

The product contains: potato starch, rice flour, pumpkin seeds 10%, corn flour, corn starch, dried yeast (baker's yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate), salt, sugar, thickener: guar gum, vegetable fibre, cumin, colouring: ammonia caramel, citric acid.

Nutritional values in a dry mix: Energy value 1584 kJ / 375 kcal, Fat 5.7 g (of which saturated fatty acids 1 g), Carbohydrates 73 g (of which sugars 2 g), Protein 6.3, Salt 1.6, Fiber 3.1, Lactose < 0.01.
