The package contains 490 g of the mixture and 10 g of dried yeast.

Dosage and method of use

Preparation instructions:
Mix both sachets, add 380 ml of lukewarm water. With an electric mixer in a bowl, make a dough, put it into a greased and gluten-free bread (or smaller cake) mold and let it rise in the heat for 60-75 minutes. Bake at 170-180 °C for about 60 minutes.


Preparation in a home bread machine:
Pour 380 ml of lukewarm water into the home bread machine (do not use more water than the recommended amount, the dough becomes thinner when mixing). Pour the mixture on the bread, add the dried yeast and turn on the program with a duration of about 2 hours (Fast, Sprint, Gluten free, etc.). After stirring, we recommend pulling the dough from the sides with a spatula to the center. The bakery will ensure that the bread is mixed, raised and baked without your help.


Tip: You can add chopped fried onions, bacon or sausage to the bread. It is also excellent with chopped sausage or greaves.

Composition

The product contains potato starch, rice flour, potato flakes, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, diphosphates, fatty acid esters, ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulphite, curcumin, sunflower seed 9%, corn flour, salt, yeast, guar gum, cumin, sugar, ammonia caramel, calcium phosphates and citric acid.
