Use
For internal and external use.
Preparation
loose form:
internally - 1 teaspoon of chamomile is poured over with a cup of boiling water and after 15 minutes of infusion is drained. The infusion is warm three times a day after meals. Always prepare fresh.
externally - 2 - 3 tablespoons of chamomile are poured over half a liter of boiling water and after 15 minutes of infusion are drained. The infusion is used slightly warm.
infusion bags:
internally - Pour 1/4 l of boiling water over the infusion bag and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. It is used lukewarm. Always prepare fresh.
