Use
internally and externally in the form of tiles.

Preparation
1 Pour a teaspoon over a cup of boiling water (1/4 l), infuse in a covered dish for 2 hours, stir and drink. Can be sweetened, preferably with honey.

Dosage
Drink 1 cup a day as a food supplement.
