Sage leaves ( Salviae herba )

Use
For internal and external use.

Preparation for
Internal use: Pour 1 teaspoon over a cup of boiling water (1/4 l), leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes in a covered container, drain. Drinks several times a day.
external use: 2 teaspoons per cup. Repeat rinses and gargles every 3 hours.
For Internal and external use always fresh, immediately before use.

Dosage
Adults 2 cups a day internally.
