Levopront tablets are antitussives, which are cough suppressants.
The active substance in levodropropizine - relieves cough. Quick relief from dry cough. Levopront tablets suppress cough without affecting the center of the cough in the brain - acting directly in the airways while helping naturally clean the airways. The preparation is intended for dry irritating unproductive cough. The tablets are intended for adults and adolescents from 12 years. Also suitable for allergy sufferers.
The pack contains 10 tablets.
Dosage and method of use
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
The following dosage is recommended unless otherwise indicated by your doctor:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age take 1 tablet 3 times a day with an interval between doses of at least 6 hours. The score line is not intended to break the tablet.
If you feel unwell within 7 days or if you feel aggravated, you should consult your doctor.
Take the medicine until the cough disappears, or as recommended by your doctor, but no longer than 2 weeks. Use for more than 2 weeks is possible only on the recommendation of a physician.
Ingredients
Levopront tablets contains the active substance levodropropizine. Each tablet contains 60 mg levodropropizine.
The other ingredients are: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate (type A), magnesium stearate.
Contraindication
Read the package leaflet carefully.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.
