Omega 3 LSP fatty acids (EFAs) are one of the most important representatives of polyunsaturated fatty acids and cannot be produced in the human body alone. These include two essential fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

LSP Omega-3 capsules are made from pure fish oil and contain 330 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA in a ratio of 60:40. Omega 3 supports the activity of the heart and brain.

 

DOSAGE:

Take 1 capsule daily with food and drink the liquid. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose.
