MOVit Energy BCAA 4:1:1 is a food supplement for athletes and bodybuilders with a trio of branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine. These essential amino acids cannot be produced by the body itself, and therefore they are one of the most common dietary supplements for athletes and people with high physical strain. MOVit Energy BCAA 4:1:1 contains four times the amount of leucine compared to isoleucine and valine. This specific ratio is considered beneficial for muscle protein synthesis and regeneration.
