For quality sleep and easier falling asleep. Melatonin is a hormone that our body naturally produces as needed. However, with increasing age, its production decreases. It helps to improve the quality of sleep and shorten the time needed to fall asleep. It helps to control the biorhythm of sleep and wakefulness. Melatonin is not addictive.
Main properties of melatonin:
- Melatonin is naturally formed in our body
- contributes to alleviating the subjective feeling of fatigue due to the time shift (the beneficial effect is achieved by consuming at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival on site)
- contributes to shortening the time required for falling asleep (beneficial effect is achieved by consuming at least 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime)
Dosage
Take 1/2 tablet once a day at bedtime. Drink the tablet with plenty of fluid. We recommend consulting the dosage individually with a doctor or pharmacist, after the consultation it is possible to increase the dose to one whole tablet a day before bedtime. Melatonin is not addictive. No dose has been determined to determine overdose.
Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose 146 mg, Melatonin 2.5 mg, Magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent) 1 mg, Talc (filler) 0.5 mg per ½ tablet.
