DOSAGE:
Training days: Take 1.5 g (approx. 1 heaping spoon) 3 times a day. 1st dose 20-30 min. before training, the 2nd dose immediately after training with a post-workout drink and the 3rd dose before any of the main meals.
Non-training days: Take 1.5 g with each main meal (3 times a day).
Mix the powder in water or juice.
