• gelatin capsule (pork gelatin, moisturizer glycerol, water, dyes E 172 and E 120)

• anti-caking agent silica
• The product contains soya allergen.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

• 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal. The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Use of CLA SOFTGEL CAPS: swallow the capsules according to the recommended dosage and drink with plenty of water. Alcoholic and milk drinks are not suitable. Do not bite the capsule!
