Contains nutritionally valuable buckwheat flour and rice bran . The flour mixture is enough to bake two medium-sized loaves of bread or a reasonable number of pieces of smaller bread. Just add water, yeast, salt and a little oil. Thanks to the easy preparation, you have fragrant pastries on the table soon.

Ingredients

Maize starch, rice flour, buckwheat flour 10.5%, tapioca starch, sugar, rice bran 3%, psyllium fiber, thickeners: (E464, guar gum), salt, aroma. May contain traces of mustard and soy.


Use

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Sift the flour into a bowl and slowly stir in the dissolved yeast. Add oil and salt and mix thoroughly until you get a homogeneous dough. Shape into a ball and let rise for 1.5 hours at room temperature. Take the dough, put some flour on your hand and shape the dough into a loaf shape. Place the bread on baking paper on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 30-40 minutes. After removing from the oven, let the bread cool before serving.
