L-Carnitine is a specific amino acid supporting the metabolism of fats in the human body = the so-called lipotropic effect. Carnitine helps to significantly increase the production of energy from fats in the human body, given before training is suitable for all individuals aimed at preventing the risk of muscle injury and protecting muscle mass. The effect of L-carnitine is to transfer fatty acids to muscle cells, where they are burned for energy.
L-carnitine-L-tartrate is a compound of carnitine and tartaric acid (tartrate = tartrate, tartaric acid salt), containing 65% carnitine and 35% tartaric acid. The organic binding of carnitine to tartaric acid allows for use in a bulk state, without the use of artificial sweeteners and other unnatural ballast additives.
Tartaric acid is a naturally occurring organic acid that is found in many places in nature, but the main source is vines. Tartaric acid is one of the so-called alpha-hydroxy acids and its main benefit is a strong antioxidant effect. Along with other naturally occurring organic citric acid, it is also often used as a chelating medium, which is natural for the body.
DOSAGE:
Take 2 g (approx. 3 scoops) per day. Mix the powder with a liquid, smoothie, or add to a cold meal.
