The acid-base balance under control

• Collect morning urine in a clean cup.
• Remove the test stick and immerse all test fields in the urine for 1 second, pull out and shake off excess liquid.
• Compare the color of the test fields with the color scale within 2 minutes. Read the corresponding value.

pH < 7: acidic pH = 7: neutral pH > 7: basic

Reading accuracy +/-0.2 pH

Discard used test strips.

To determine changes in pH, the test should be carried out daily over a longer period of time. Dietary behavior can influence the result.
