Orthomol® Sport is a food supplement that contains a balanced combination of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and important substances for athletes. It supports their physical performance, natural defenses and organism regeneration.

Dosage:

Take the contents of one ready-to-drink vial (= daily portion) together with 1 tablet and 1 capsule each day during or after a meal. Shake well before use. Generally, we recommend taking the preparation some time before or after sporting activity. Regular and long-term use is recommended.
