Otrivin Nasal spray with dispenser 1 mg / ml 10 ml solution

Otrivin reduces excessive congestion of the nasal mucosa and thus quickly releases nasal congestion . It helps to release the accumulated mucus so it can breathe more freely . It is used to restore the patency of a nasal congestion caused by colds, hay fever or other allergic rhinitis or sinusitis . It is also suitable for patients with sensitive nasal mucosa, contains soothing and moisturizing substances, prevents dryness and irritation of the nasal mucosa.

Dosage:

Adults and adolescents from 12 years dosed 1-3 times daily 1 spray in each nostril as needed. Maximum 3 applications per nostril daily. The last daily dose may be given shortly before going to bed. The effect takes up to 2 minutes and lasts up to 12 hours. Use maximum 7 days without consulting your doctor . Use during pregnancy is not appropriate and breastfeeding should be consulted with a physician on the suitability of use.

Composition:

The active substance is xylometazoline hydrochloride 1 mg in 1 ml solution. Each drop contains 0.025 mg of the active substance. Each injection contains 0.14 mg of the active substance.

The other ingredients are sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate dihydrate, hypromellose, non-crystallising sorbitol 70% and purified water.
