Phyteneo Otic Solution drops 10 ml

Characteristics : 
Otic Solution is an otologic, ear drops solution. This is a slightly yellowish oily liquid packed in a vial with a pipette. 

The composition contains a mixture of glycerin and butylene glycol, which has a softening effect and softens and dissolves hardened earwax. It co-creates an environment unsuitable for bacterial infection growth. 

Indications:
The product is used to remove impurities from the external auditory canal, prevents the emergence or development of bacterial infections and inflammation of the external auditory canal in the case of the eardrum. 

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the formulation, breakage of the infectious or traumatic drum (perforated eardrum). 

Interactions : 
Product interactions are unknown. 

Undesirable effects:
In rare cases, there is a risk of local reactions in the form of allergy, irritation or congestion of the ear canal. 

Dosage and administration:
Excessive earwax can accumulate if dirt (water, dust) enters the external auditory canal or if the self-cleaning function is insufficient. This can lead to deterioration of the ear canal and conditions for overgrowth or growth of microorganisms, which can be a source of inflammation and other health problems.

Using a pipette, apply 2-3 drops to the outer ear canal. Usually we do the application 2-4 times a day for each ear. 
Heat the solution to body temperature (36-37 ° C) before use, eg by warming in hands. The ear is cleaned at least 10 minutes after application.

In the case of mechanical ear cleaning, use cotton buds with caution, as the sebaceous plug may be difficult to access and may be inserted deeper into the ear canal.

The continuous use time should not exceed 5 days.

Do not use the product in case of allergies or hypersensitivity to any of its components. 
Do not apply the device in case of a broken drum. 
In case of accidental ingestion, drink plenty of water and contact a doctor. 
In case of contact with eyes, rinse with running water. 
Pregnant or breast-feeding women and children under 3 years of age should use the device in consultation with a specialist. 
Children under 15 years of age should use the device under adult supervision.
