Regulax picosulfate drops is a laxative medicine that solves short-term problems with emptying. It is not suitable for the treatment of prolonged constipation as it increases the risk of persistent constipation. Use of the product should be preceded by regime measures :
- Increase dietary fiber intake
- Ensure sufficient drinking regime
- Ensure regular movement
It is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
Dosage
Adults use 1 well chewed cube, which is swallowed with more water. The cube is taken in the evening before bed, but must not be taken while lying down. The effect usually occurs in 10 - 12 hours. If you feel unwell within 2 days or if you feel aggravated, you should consult your doctor. The total period of use must not exceed 1 - 2 weeks.
Ingredients
The active substance is 10 mg sodium picosulfate per bar.
The other ingredients are concentrated plum juice, special corn starch, propylene glycol, sucrose with corn starch, hardened fat, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, glycerol monostearate, lemon flavor solution conc. and fig flavor.
