Septanazal for adults is a nasal spray that rapidly tightens blood vessels in the nasal mucosa and reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa and mucosal secretion. In this way, it reduces nasal congestion, promotes healing and protects the nasal mucosa. Septanazal for adults is used to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa during inflammation of the nasal mucosa, to relieve non-allergic inflammation of the nasal mucosa and to treat impaired nasal respiration after nose operations.
Ingredients
Septanazal for adults contains the active substances xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol. The other ingredients are potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate and purified water.
Contraindication
Do not take Septanazal for adults if you are allergic to xylometazoline hydrochloride, dexpanthenol or any of the other ingredients. This medicinal product must not be used in children under 6 years of age.
