Organic cheese poplar

The blue mallow - known in Austria as the cheese mallow - is just the right herb when the frog is stuck in your throat. Dewy and tart, this tea goes wonderfully with Japanese and lamb stew. The cheese mallow or wild mallow has nothing to do with the poplar. Its flowers ripen into cheese-like fruits, which are used in folk medicine to make a "papperl", a strengthening porridge to fatten up. The name is therefore not a coincidence.
