There's something in the bush. The tea made from the needle-like leaves of the rooibos is considered the national drink of South Africa. But we also enjoy rooibos from morning to night. The sweet, fruity tea goes particularly well with vanilla and chocolate desserts. Refined with milk and honey, it becomes a dessert in itself.
