Surgispon Standard medical device is an absorbable, absorbable, gelatinous, sterile sponge. It is used on a bleeding surface. Due to its porous structure, it activates platelets, which causes the formation of fibrin. The fungus is insoluble and malleable in water. Suitable for use in various surgical procedures. When applied to bleeding mucous areas, it liquefies within 2-5 days.

Dosage and method of use
SURGISPON can be used dry or saturated with saline salt solution. A piece of SURGISPON mushroom cut to the desired size, either dry or saturated with sterile isotonic sodium chloride solution (sterile saline solution), can be applied under light pressure directly to the bleeding site.
Already the first application usually suppresses bleeding. In the event that they do not suppress, further applications can be made.
Composition
It contains the active substance hemostatic gelatin.
Notification
SURGISPON should not be used: For closure of skin wounds, as this may interfere with the healing of skin folds. In patients with known allergy to collagen.
