Vicks SymptoMed Classic is used to prepare a hot drink to mention the flu and cold symptoms. Relieves pain (head, throat, whole body), reduces fever and relieves clogged nose .
You should only take the medicine if your nose is having a blocked nose. If you do not have a nasal congestion, choose a one-component preparation containing paracetamol. It is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
Dosage
Take one sachet every 4-6 hours. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in hot (not boiling) water, in a small glass (125 ml), stir briefly until the powder has dissolved, and then drink. Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.
This medicine is for short-term use only. Do not use for more than 3 days without consulting your doctor.
Ingredients
The active substances are paracetamol (500 mg) and phenylephrine hydrochloride (12.2 mg corresponds to 10 mg) per sachet.
The other ingredients are ascorbic acid, sucrose, aspartame (E 951), lemon flavor (contains: natural lemon essential oils and natural and naturally identical flavoring substances, maltodextrin, mannitol (E 421), gluconolactone, acacia, sorbitol (E 420), colloidal anhydrous silica and tocopherol-alpha (E 307)), saccharin sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, citric acid and sodium citrate.
Notice
Do not drink alcohol (eg wine, beer, spirits) while taking the medicine. The effect of alcohol will not be enhanced, but alcohol may increase the toxic effect of paracetamol on the liver.
