Vicks SymptoMed Forte is used to prepare a hot drink to mention the symptoms of the flu and colds. It relieves pain (head, throat, whole body), reduces fever and relieves a stuffy nose .
Only take this medicine if a cold or flu accompanies a stuffy nose. If you do not have a stuffy nose, use only a one-component preparation containing paracetamol. The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
Dosage
Adults take one sachet in 4-6 hours. Adolescents from 16 years of age use one sachet in 6 hours. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in hot (not boiling) water in a glass (250 ml), mix and drink. Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.
Ingredients
The active substances are paracetamol (1000 mg) and phenylephrine hydrochloride (12.2 mg corresponds to 10 mg) in one sachet.
The other ingredients are sucrose, sodium citrate dihydrate, citric acid, ascorbic acid, acesulfame potassium (E950), aspartame (E951), quinoline yellow, lemon flavor (lemon essential oil, citral, citronellol, linalol, fresh lemon fruit, maltodextrin, sucrose , modified starch, acacia, butylated hydroxyanisole, triacetin, tocopherol) lemon juice (citral, maltodextrin, modified starch, silica).
