Virde Melatonin is a dietary supplement in tablet form. Melatonin is a natural hormone that helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep (a beneficial effect on falling asleep is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime) and to alleviate the subjective feeling of fatigue due to time lag. 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of the journey and for a few more days after arrival at the destination).
